Aromas reminiscent of citrus and exotic fruits. Taste: Biting attack given its oily and effervescent levels. Mouth: Round, pleasant and persistent in the mouth. Intense slightly acidic finish.

Variety: Ondarribi Beltza Colour: Fuchsia with violet tones, brilliant. Smell: Intense, very fresh profile reminiscent of our vineyards and green fields of the Cantabrian coast. Mouth: Smooth, fresh, nervous with persistent finish.
